My Love of Nature

If you met me, your first thought would not be "outdoorsman". But behind my city facade, I am a nature girl at heart.

I grew up in the most beautiful place on earth: Sun Valley, ID. The lush scenery, the mountains, and the night skies are like nothing you've ever seen before. 

​

Beyond Sun Valley, my school pushed us beyond our limits. From backpacking along the Oregon coast,  to sleeping in snow caves, to 48hr solos in the Utah desert, I have been exposed to the raw, dirty, exposed wilderness.

Although my career has brought me to flashing lights and harsh pavements, the wilderness is still alive in me. It may just be a plant growing on my windowsill now, but it's there.
